Seriously, though, I'm sorry this happened - I get seriously upset over the smallest things, so I have respect for you for not diggin' a hole for the nanny somewhere in the desert
I'd have "gone over" some things with her more than once, if I were in your shoes... for sure! anyway, pics when fixed and mods if possible, since you're goin into the shop and etc etc etc
