Just heard from the salesman at my dealership and my 550i is at the VPC in Spartanburg, SC and should be at the dealership by this Friday!! I will, hopefully, have my car by this weekend. Based on my tracking, the car just arrived at the port in Charleston on Sunday so they moved it out pretty quickly. From what I understand, they give sold cars priority over inventory cars at the VPC.
I will be returning my LS 460 early, but can't wait to get into the car.

At VPC on 12/5
At dealer by 12/8 (I hope)
Total of 51 days from order date if I get it this Friday.

Hi Guys, For what its worth, here is the timeline for my 550, over 70 days.......this is for Canadian deliveries.....
Ordered June 15th,
Built July 19th.
Arrived Bremerhaven July 22nd.
Loaded on W&W "Mignon" July 29th.
Arrived Halifax August 8th.
Left Halifax August 15th.
Arrived at Dealer August 24th.
Delivery August 28th

fifty something days? OH GOD, it would be Christmas/New Year time. No body will let me pick up the car!

How come you are getting rid of the LS460? I heard that car was amazing (from a technological standpoint). Congrats on the new 550. They are sweet!
