If anyone sees a silver E55 with tinted windows on the expressway between King of Prussia, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ, give a little honk and wave. I am a "friendly" and love BMW.

And the lowest one of the food chain, too. The E55 is a beast and that generation E-class drives really nice. Based on my experience driving an E350 4matic, that E-class platform is great. I think the E55 should probably handle as well if not better than a 535i or even a 535 i with the sports package.

The handling of the E55 is certainly above average, but not quite as good as my 535 (now retired) with sports package. The new era starts tomorrow. It's crazy that I have had the E55 for 6 weeks now and I have only driven it about 3-4 times. I assured my wife that I would use the 535 until the lease was over. Now..... the fun begins
