never on curves, never on hills, never unless you're 1000000% sure that no one is coming in the opposite direction...
Yesterday at 8am in Norhtern Greece my uncle was on a curved bridged going about 100km. Someone on the otherside of the road was stuck behind a bus and tried to overtake him but ended up ramming my uncle head on. My uncle died. Stay safe and don't pass on curves and hills. You might kill someone...

As it is, public roads are dangerous enough. Yet there are some who think doing top speed runs on "perfect" conditions is acceptable on public roads.
Sad to hear about your loss. So many others will be affected by this. Thats another tragedy of it all. May his soul rest in peace.
