A DPF must be renewed approximately after 150.000 - 200.000 kms. If the car doesn't have it, I think it belongs to EU's emission class EU3, but I'm not sure.
The car with a DPF belongs to EU4 class, I think...
edit: A diesel car equipped with a DPF doesn't create smoke in accelerations.

get the grey one. but i think car that runs regularly with proper maintainence might be even better than a old car with little mileage on it. consider this!
but r sure that u rnt goin to get the mtech kit or stm? if u do, y dont u find e60 with the sport package on already? u save alot of work on future mods mate!

Go for the one with more options, if they both have the same options then the one with low km or get a service history report. One might have low kms cause its always in the shop

I personally dont like to mod too much so they re ok for me.
