Default Ok rear jacking point? Pics attached

Is it ok to jack the rear of the car up using this location in order to get jack stands under jacking points and/or blocks under rear wheels?

Thanks in advance,
Dave

For the rear of the car I've used the bottom of the differential, the jacking point in front of the back wheel and the bottom of the rear arm that connects to the wheel. All three worked fine.

My jack hits fins on differential cover so I would need to fabricate up a block. When referring to the rear arm that connects to wheels, I assume your talking same place as in my pics?

I back mine onto ramps and use the diff. I don't think the suspension arm was designed to hold a load in that axis.

I use an 8" long 2X4 laid flat on the jack pad to jack on the differential cover. The wood evenly distributes the pressure across the fins to prevent cracking off a fin.

I would avoid the suspension parts as they are usually aluminum and easily bent.

iPhone 5s. Just bought a bunch of wood to build some wheel cribs so i'll fab up a block for the differential cover with the left over wood.
