oil leak and battery problem!??

Hi!
I have 2004 525 DA E-60 km. 49.000 km.
Recently i have had some issues! yesterday my webasto didnt start, i change the circuiet and then it work fine. Today my battery was flat, couldn't open the doors! The battery was new in late 2007. Any idea what this could be?
Another problem i have noticed, there is oil looks like oil mixed with sand on the right side of the engine looking at it, where the oil filter is placed, this looks fine. Bit it seems like the oil is comming from top work its self backwords. al the oil is loose and stuck at the engine. The right side of the engine is black.. is there som kind of outlet or any idea what this might be? Iam worried? I have no error messages!
