oil change diy evac

My Ride: 535xi M3 vert
i just bought this 08 535xi and went to change the oil with my evac pump through the dipstick but guess what there is no dipstick. so i guess im sol changing oil with my evac and i dont feel like putting car on jack. oh well.

are you sure there isnt a dipstick near the firewall?
