Does this require only the bottom part of the bumper to be replaced or the entire bumper?

Its just the diffuser, but check up and the bumper's holding points, maybe you have a broken one.
I dont think so, but take a look to be sure.

Minor damage, it's about 1/2 hour for the dealer to replace, when it's painted.
