Northern Virginia BMW - EYEBROW Question

I called BMW Arlington, BMW Fairfax = they are confused when i told them my eyebrow is not turning on. They said only newer model are on...i told them i need software upgrade as i did search in this forum but they said they never heard of it....any BMW Dealer or shop in Virginia knows how to do this!?!
