Normal operating temperature
 

Guys, I need some help. Can anyone tell me the normal operating engine (coolant) temperature for a 2006 530i N52? I had a battery issue and the system threw lots of faults including water pump codes (but also SRS, ABS, and others), so I have been monitoring the engine temp for the past two weeks and have found that after warming up the temp varies widely - from 87 to 111 deg C - although usually within a narrower range (93 - 99 one day, 100 - 107 the next day).

Does anyone know what the normal range is and at what temperatures do the yellow then red dash lights come on?
