When I go to a bump and the car is straight their is no noise, but when I turn left or right on a bump I hear noise from the under the car like something is hiting something,
And sometimes when I turn on a bump their is noise inside the car

There is no easy way to diagnose this over the internet. Only way to find the root cause of the noise is to lift the car up and inspect the control arm/thrust arm bushings, ball joints, tie-rod-ends, and stabilizer bar bushings. Use a flashlight and look carefully at each of the bushing and you may see the worn/cracked bushings.

I just saw that when I turn my wheel all to the left or right it touches the fender almost like pushing it, it seems my fender is back, could that be the cause of the noise ?

Most probably. I had no idea that my fender was rubbing when I heard the sound for the first time as well.
