I have been hearing a high pitch 'electronic-like' noise coming from my passenger foot well occasionally at start up. the noise lasts for about 3 seconds and doesn't not repeat until a later start up.

Does anyone happen to know what this might be before i empty my pockets at the dealer? what is located @ the passenger side footwell...? (i have not removed the CD changer yet, but will eliminate this as a cause later tonight)
