Noise in loudspeakers in BMW E60
Left back and front Loudspeakers in my BMW E60 2004 became noisy. It is a pulsating noise, which is there even if my Player is OFF, Navigation is OFF. Sometimes it is disappearing (loudspeakers are becoming silent), but you need to open the door, or touch some electrical system, the noise is coming back immediately.
It is very annoying, especially when driving tiered to home from work. Like somebody is softly but repeatedly hammering your brain.
What can be the reason of this? Please help!

Check your amplifier, might be water damage, its over the left rear tire well behind the carpeted panels, should be easy to reach by just removing the left panel closest to the rear, if not then you might need to remove the forward panel directly over the tire well. look for water and blue corrosion on the amplifier and its connectors on any water around that area. Water can leak from the trunk seal, pretty common.

My apologizes i assumed you had an US spec model. Your amplifer is internal in the headunit. I highly doubt its water damage maybe just your headunit going out, an external amplifer is much easier to diagnose. Id say you'll have to take it to an expert. Preferably somebody with ISTA diagnostics as there are tests that can be done.
