No phone or satellite radio

This morning I got an I-drive message indicating that there was an SOS system mlafunction and that their is no mobile phone installed. Needless to say I now have no Bluetooth connwectvity. After making a stop and re-starting the car, same message and my satellite radio was not working. I also noticed that the voice recognition no longer works. It doesn't recognize what I am saying. Despite these issues, all other systems seem to be workoing.
Anyone have a clue? P.S. I made a service appointment for Monday.
