Well I am VERY surprised to see that my Nav doesn't have a "Night" mode where all the Nav lighting changes to as if were dark outside. This is pretty much a standard on all other Navs, maybe a new CIP will change this, I hope so. Why in perspective road does it not show any street names?
Thanks

Do you have trouble viewing the nav at night? Does the contrast on your iDrive not change? If your answer to the first question is "no" (as it is for me) and therefore BMW have found a set of colours that works day and night, why would they need to have two sets, which, on the systems I've seen, always cause some compromise at twilight when the lights are on but it's not really dark yet within the cabin...

I really hate nav with no street name. In Toyota nav system, small court don't have name due to large font that does not fit on the map.
BMW needs to add street name to bird-eye view or it's just useless.
