I'm taking my car in for the voluntary recall on the Oxygen sensor next week. I have had absolutely no issues whatsoever with the car, other than echo's on the cellphone. Should I upgrade to v15? What improvements should I see?

Pablo is right, the recall involves an upgrade of the cars software, so you will have no choice. I assume you'll get 15, that's what I got a three weeks ago here in New Orleans. Others, seems mainly out west, have had more recent upgrades and still got 13.X. I, like you had no issues other than the throttle lag, which didn't really bother me, I'd gotten used to it. No issues w/ 15 so far and it has greatly improved the throttle lag. Be warned it took 4 days for the upgrade.

Hard to believe it could be improved. It is lightning quick now.

I face the same issue. No problems, but I got the recall notice. I have been holding off on the recall becasue I dont want to mess with a good thing.

Sounds like you have not had the throttle delay issue, but many of us have complained that there is a very noticable delay when pressing the gas pedal and the response from the car. I had it and ver 15 greatly improved the situation.

The recall requires a software upgrade but not necessarily v15. When I had mine done, the techs were advised to hold off on 15 due to bugs (as well as 14) so I ended up getting 13.3. No real compaints with that version at this point. I guess you'll end up getting whatever your dealer is installing as "the latest" version...

Ditto -- the technician informed me that there were problems with versions 14 and 15, so he installed v13.3 for the emission recall (which is mandatory in California, but voluntary elsewhere).
