No crank, no start, battery is fine, what is the problem?

SI B 61 07 06

Google will not let me read this document. Is there another location for it? A detailed description of which wire(s) to remove?

I screwed up the link. Here it is again...

Follow the two wires from the negative battery lead, closest to the battery post, to a three contact connector. Unplug it.

Yes. But obviously NOT the negative bus to the chassis. It's the two small wires (in the realoem diagram) closest to the number 2.
