No Air in Tire but not PUNCTURE ?

So yesterday i got out from work, went to start a car and notice there is no AIR in rear passenger side tire.
Its slammed to ground.
Managed to put Air in at work, drove to nearest tire shop.
Guys looked at tire with flash light first...doesn't see any nail. takes off the tire and inspects it.
put it in water..check valve..etc...nothing at all.
filled up tire again..and he asked if i have any "enemies" at work..??
which is impossible..
has this ever happened to anyone? what could cause it?

Same exact thing happened to me. The first shop I went to said there was no issue. The 2nd shop over inflated the tire and they found a valve leak. Just a lil FYI...good luck!

The bead on your rim may be corroded. I have this problem with my allroad's front rims. They just don't seal properly anymore, so in the cold, air pressure drops and breaks the seal.
