Two years ago I was told by a BMW engineer who PM'd me that he was in charge of making Nightvision a retrofit item. I don't know if this came to be or not, but I suppose a call to your SA wouldn't hurt.

Hi.

Why do you want it? I had loaner for a month with Night vision, but I could see no real use for it.

http://www.gnetcanada.com/ Has a module that allowes you to setup 3 or 4 separate video sources (including night vision) and intgrate them into the iDrive. I was told by BMW that Night Vision cannot be fitted on M-Sport bumpers because of clearance issues with the Intercooler (that why 550i has it and 535i Sport cannot). It can only fit the non M-Sport Bumper. As far as I'm concerned its a matter of bracket retrofitting, and running all the wires.
