Going through the mail today, I recieved a nice little gift from BMW. Encolsed in a big white envelope was a 9 X 5 print of an artist's sketch of what looks like a 5 series sedan. Nice touch from the company, and one of those things that sets BMW apart from the crowd.

When I bought my CPO 545, I got a BMW coffee mug with a roundel and my name both engraved in it. It's nicer than the ones with stickers on them or whatever, as my name is actually carved into the ceramic. Very nice touch. That came from my dealer, however, not BMWNA.
When I bought my previous BMW (CPO 323ci), the dealer sent me a box of chocolates. It's a nice touch.
