Very happy with me previous service on my 3 series. I'm good friends with the service manager, as we all know that makes all the difference in my opinion. I have never had a problem there. Usually takes about 2 weeks to get in the service dept but I always get a loaner. A little added wait.
In terms of the sales department they're nice - no complaints. I mean I dealt with my salesman for about 2 or 3 days and now i'll probably never talk to him again unless something drastic happens. Price sold me the car not the dealer. If your on E60.net you'll probably know as much if not more than the dealers by the time you go to buy the car and I found that true of all dealerships in the area.
If it wasn't for the fact this was a 2004 - Westchester BMW gave me the cheapest price on a 5. So if I was buying a 2005 I probably would have ended up going there.
