Newbie... just picked up 08 550i M Sport yesterday!

My Ride: 2008 550i
Just picked up a new 2008 550i from Fresno last night. Apparently the dealer was required to sell the car instead of leasing (and most people are leasing because Fresno's unemployment rate is among the highest in the nation), so needless to say it was never sold. Now that the 2010 5's are arriving in dealerships we got an amazing deal.
As for my question: the car has comfort access and after turning the engine off and getting out of the car, the radio stays on unless I lock it. When I park in my garage I don't lock the car and it's annoying to have the radio on for... however long in stays on for I'm not quite sure. Is there any way around this? I don't want to have to lock my car when I park in my garage because I don't want the alarm being set off when my family is doing things in the garage and it senses motion.

Thanks for the quick reply! I apologize I only have two pics that were taken at the dealer yesterday but I have an appointment for window tinting tomorrow at 10am and then I'll take pics after.
Another question: has anyone considered the following accessories: M Rear Deck Spoiler (the one that sits on the trunk, not lifted up), M door sills, M foot rest, and aluminum pedals? Considering all of them but that's as far as I would go. I like subtlety. More pics coming tomorrow!
