Newbie help
Hi,
I have a 2009 E60 520d N47 LCI 5 series BMW. Yesterday I gave it a full service. The car has always been looked after by BMW and my first observation was how many screws were missing - on the undertray and on the fuel filter clamp....disappointing. Anyway serviced the car, cleared the codes, rescanned, and all is well and she runs lovely. BUT... When I go to reset the service indicator, when I get in the car, shut the door, and put the ignition on. I prese the odometer and the warning triangle appears and I dont get the service reset menu. Instead I get the hidden menu that starts with FGSTNR and you unlock by adding up the chassis number and is used to look at fuel consumption etc. I don't want that - I want the oil reset! Any ideas welcome? Devonboy |
