So, my new vacuum pump is literally giving off a fast beep, beep, beep'ing sound (very noticable)?
It was installed a month or so back - not sure when it started though.

Sounds like it's coming from that area anyway

Any idea what can be causing that sound?

The hourly chime on these cars is a beep too, but that only goes off every hour rather than 24/7.
