My Ride: Gone Waiting
Vishwen, First, was your wheels made specific to the E60? If so, I would get them Hunter Road Forced balanced. If not, make sure you know your bore size. Perhaps, the wheels were made for the E39 5 series. The E39's bore size is 74.1 as opposed to the E60 bore size 72.5-72.6. That difference in bore size will definitely cause vibrations during acceleration. If this is the cause, then you can fix it by getting hub rings to remove the play in the bore spacing. That's the worst, getting new wheels, but they dont feel right.
these wheels were custom made and was hub centric.
i talk to my Technical manager and he advice me to do 1000 km and rebalance the wheel .
what do you think? as both tyres and wheels are new

I had a similar problem where the manufacturer guaranteed that their wheels were hub centric and I found out they were not, however they were nice enough to send the rings and that corrected the problem. I'm glad you figured it out because it can be quite nerve racking.
