Somewhere between logic and emotion I ordered my e60 right out of the box and took delivery of one of the first in my state. Crazy perhaps, but I really loved the new design and my recourse was always the optional lease - turn it back in if anything goes wrong. It was the angel and the devil on my shoulders that would ultimately do battle and you know how that usually turns out.
The angel questioned "Why not wait 'till the 545i comes out?". The devils reply was quick and terse: "No, get it now, NOW!" The angels retort: "You don't really need a car now, you just want one. You'll be happier with the extra power". The devil, was quick to retort: "It will be extra fun to have it a year early". "Patience" preached the angel. Having none of this, the devil struck a deal: "if you get the car now, you can get something else later on...". Something else? Hmmm. Vexing. Of course this plan only works if you stick to it...otherwise you've been had by a little version of yourself in red tights.
So in the interest of sticking it to the devil, I give you (without further ado) the newest addition to the stable:

To keep the car from getting lonely in the evenings. Yeah, that's it. I did it for the car. Damn that little devil.

I would like too!! Actually I have looked this (from BMW):
The challenge begins.
Sport is about being number one - on the BMW K 1200 S. Its main aim is: never trail the pack. It was created as a masterpiece of engineering for a thrilling riding experience featuring a hitherto unknown combination of technology, performance and design. This innovative powerhouse on two wheels represents a challenge for every ambitious sports riders. Welcome to the challenging world of sport.
A slight turn of the throttle and the 123 kW (167 bhp) of the new 4-cyclinder engine catapult the BMW K 1200 S to the front of the pack. With a torque of 130 Nm it does the 0 - 100 km/h sprint in 2.8 seconds. This transversly installed powerplant offers everything a sports rider could wish for. The cylinder bank is tilted forward by 55?, the bike's center of gravity is very low due to the engine's extremely narrow width and its leaning angle and ergonomics are excellent. The engine's power turns to precision in the newly designed 6-speed gearbox which works almost silently with very short shift distances.
Skaffa
