CRAPOLA!!!

BMW notified me that my 550i-6spd. would be delivered on 2-10 or 2-13. On way home from work today in my 540i-6spd., hit bad pothole and ruined the two right side Michelin PS2's. So I get the pleasure of buying two new PS2's that will be mounted the day of new car delivery/old car trade.

My fault - I'll take my lumps - I actually had to laugh a little bit about the irony of it all. And at least it wasn't the new car.

You're right! At least you didn't damage the rims on the new car. The run flats on the new car should come in handy with all the debris ont roads down here. I have been fortunate and not had a flat yet, but most of my friends and co-workers have had flats here in New Orleans. Where was the pot hole you hit, so I know to avoid it myself!

Way to make lemonade. I am sorry about your mishap, but glad about your new car.

I'd go to your dealer where you are trading and see if he'll cut you some slack on replacement pricing...after all he's gonna own them in 48 hours....

Good luck, (and I still miss my 540iS)

True, but I was very fortunate personally in Katrina so I cannot complain about this.
