So the N54 JB4 is the real deal? Some people have told me I wasted my money!?

It's good. There is always debate about which is better, jb4, cobb, or procede. It comes down to personal preference and skills. Jb4 has a lot of features and is relatively easy to use, after you install it the first time. I prefer the cobb since I have super knowledgeable friends who have helped me make custom flash maps so my cars performance is very consistent. Install your mods, if you have E85 near buy put in 6 gallons then top off with either 91/93 oct, put it in map 5 mode, do 3-4 3rd gear pulls for it to learn the setup and you will have a big ass smile afterwards.

No way you wasted your money - the Jb4 is indeed the "real deal". The Jb4 has more cars in the 11's than any other tune.
Running the base maps the Jb4 is going to be the best. However, the Procede V5 is amazing if you are going to have your car professionally tuned to your specific ECU (custom maps).
One thing I've noticed is the COBB has higher boost levels (17-18 psi) vs. 15-16 psi for the Jb4 - yet the Jb4 still puts down more power on the base Maps.
Jb4 is the best "bang for your buck" IMO, but if your looking to run a custom map the COBB and Procede have the edge.

My car hits up 20 psi with JB4 ISO actually. Now, if I can only get it to be stable and not go into limp mode when it does boost. :(

Have you contacted burger about this? They are usually really good with all technical support questions.
