Any comments on lip kits and front and rear bumpers and suppliers?
Seems like a lot of people go with M5 kits, at least from what I've seen so far.

So they are carrying a longer warranty on this specific part now? That's great. Nissan would have changed the specs to say the
issue was within normal specs....
i think it is 10 years warranty for HPFP

for the front kits
you have couple options
alpina lip, M5, Mtech, ACS lip, Lumma, Rieger

but most people here have M5 or Mtech, some vendors on this forum sell them at lower price than OEM too

I've frequented G35Driver.com, and now doing some new research at bimmerforums.com and some guys suggested I come here.
So here I am!

I'd like to be pointed in the right direction on lip kits, preferences on interior and exterior LED merchants, and known issues for our cars.
..... I'm not afraid of the "search" button, but I figured I'd go ahead and ask now. lol

Also, what's up with the LED tail retrofits? Is this something applicable to 08s?
The dealer has to replace a cracked tail light on my car and I wanted to see if I should get them
to give me the money and get something nicer in the process.
Gotta love your name Turbonegro. That is hilarious. Welcome to the forum.

Ha! Everyone has always loved that name. Its finally completely true, as the car is black and boosted....

Maybe I should change it to BiTurboNegro..... wait,.... something about that seems wrong.

Yeah, on second thought, thats a bad idea. lol

if you would like to add some performance mods to your vehicle, Race precision is the only way to go. take it from me, i've purchased every available mod out there for the 535i only to have to sell it and get the RPi products. Save your money and get the RPi Scoops (10-12 whp gain), BMC drop in filter, RPi Exhuast (15 WHP gain, 25 ft lbs of torque), and the RPi/ESS race tune (30-40WHP gain).

there is a sale going on for the 535i exhaust

Not sure when I am going to get an exhaust, but thanks for the post because the link answered my question of what it would take
to make my single a dual setup.

All you need is the adapter and a bumper that would allow it, correct?
