I knew I was missing a few liters because they only used 7 bottles. When I bought the coolant the dealer also said it is almost impossible to get all of the coolant out but 9 liters should have been possible.
I hope someone else can provide a good DIY for a coolant swap, the proper way
Because of the bad service , I changed the engine oil and spark plugs myself after reading a DIY on spark plugs.

The correct momentum is 30 Newton Meter for fastening the spark plugs
I swapped the engine oil at 5000 K miles It was already turning black
