Folks,
In case someone had same problem, let me know how it was fixed...
OK, I have taken delivery of my 530 (EU version) on March 26. Everything looked great, papers signed that car was delivered in good condition, no problems looks like, OK. The car was not locked, so I got in, and drove away happily. At the next stop, I figured that I cannot lock the car by using remote key buttons, the only way to do it is to insert the key into the door key hole and lock it (alarm is enabled fine). I returned back to dealer, they said, keys are new and needs to be charged by keeping them in the ignition - OK. But it did not help after driving few hundreds km's. So I returned and left the car, they have started checking thinking that they are just not configured. Few hours of waiting passed, no good news. They say - we cant figure out what the problem yet, updated software, reinstalled, checked everything, just no remote connection between car and keys. They asked me to return on Monday (today) because another good electric tech will be on shift. Well, OK. Woke up and back to dealer. Left the car. Now entire day has passed. Called back - they say, we just dont know what up, we are seeing that for the first time, nothing else they told me. They sounded like they cannot help more, since they just did everything, but sure they said to leave the car for tomorrow, they will try another few things. Thats all. the car is not even registerred, still got German's transit plates...
So guys, in case you had such problem and was able to fix that, please let me know so I can help my dealer.
Thanks alot!

My bet is that either the dealer doesn't have a clue as to how to program (or "marry") the keys with the car (more likely than you might think) or there may be something wrong with your CAS module.
The following post will give you information on what the CAS module is and does:
