I bet you can't wait!
I don't think you really need the spoiler, delete that & put the money towards Logic7, a lot of people rave about it on this board !!
Otherwise you seem to pretty much have everyhting!!

My Ride: 2005 545i with everything
Looks good, I would personally go with the Logic7 stereo upgrade and lose the spoiler-- not a spoiler fan on sports sedans.

My Ride: 535D Sport Auto
I think the HiFi option is a good one, I love mine. I would however get the 172 wheels. The 275's on the rears look great. The 245's on the 135's look a bit narrow on the m sports rather large rear end.

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
Black car with beige interior also looks great, maybe not that sporty but very classy.
I would also go for the better stereo system.
