Well, I just got new brake pads put on... I bought the Mintex pads from bavauto.com and after they have been put in, the right sight rubs on something, im not sure. The left side is fine. It doesn't rub all the time. Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or not and what to check for. Thanks.

ive had this happen in my bora. If the pads are flush against the calipers then thats fine. After some use, they will stop rubbing - it will resolve itself naturally!

Ok. Did it also make a loud sound when it did rub and made you feel embarrassed when you drive by someone and they hear that coming from a 60k car? Lol. Well I hope it goes away.
