LOL you're 100% correct!... And the Sonata looks like a Honda-Camry.
I don't think this photo is for real. There is too much wrong with it. I think the idea is right in some areas but it's almost a total redesign. Not what we normally see in a face lift. The more I look at it the more I think it's a frankencar.

If that is how the facelift is going to look.... then I better buy my M5 before they do the facelift.
That thing looks too much like the 3 series in the front.
I don't think that is real, though. I mean, do you think they would do something so cheap as to make the hood line like that? It's like the Z4.

Let's wait and see the real pictures and even the real car before we judge. Most of the comments in the above posts sound exactly like those made by the disgruntled E39 owners on Roadfly who blasted the E60 when the first pictures came out.
Personally I don't think it will look exactly like these pictures.
