BTW...I did the same Bosch battery from pep boys...however I did not register the new battery, and have had ZERO issues...

You may not notice it, but without registering the battery, you'll shorten its life a bit. The car knows when the battery is fresh, and charges it accordingly, increasing the charge as the battery ages. http://www.munichmotorsport.com/wordpress/?page_id=164, just one link on this.
