My Ride: Sept '06 535d M sport ,Silver ,Black Dakota Leather,HUD ,TV, Media ,Visibility,Heated F+R seats,Comfort Seats, Active seats ,Sun protection glass,Dark Poplar wood, sunroof ,Elec Sunblinds , Folding mirrors, 19" 172s ,Extended lights Package, Debadged
Glad you went for the comfort seats. I'm a fussy bugger and even the comfort seats arent as comfy as I think they should be. BUT the standard seats ( and sport ones) are awful and have no place on a ?40k car.
BTW why did you decide on SE over Sport?

Good question - I picked the SE because I didn't want the "sportier" (i.e. firmer) ride. The other differences (sport vs SE) simply didn't appeal to me. In fact, I'd have preferred non-run flats, but I've been lead to believe that the newer (LCI) versions of the car have, for the most part, eliminated the issues that were had with the ride on those types of tyres.
It also appeals to my warped sense of humour to have the boy-racer-qweens in their Corsas *assume* I'm an old fuddy-duddy in a big family car. We all know different Now that I've finalised my order, I just want the damned car to arrive !!!!
BTW: Antone confirm what the CORRECT road tax for this car is ?

I have opted for HUD but it's not part of the Visibility package (or any of the "packages" in the UK). I specifically didn't want wood because ... welll ... that high-gloss effect makes it look ... well ... cheap. I just prefer the look the piano-black gloss.
