Also true, BMW's age well, I still like the E39 design and think it still looks modern. Even the older 8 series still look modern and the E30 M3? Still gorgeous.

first and foremost...i love my E60. i never want to see it go.
with that said....if i didnt live in Detroit, i would have bought an E90 M3 coupe w/ the DCT trans. but its the mid-west...we have snow on the ground at least 5 months out of the year so i went with the next best thing.
i think BMWs age well just like @ pjinca stated. I love the old 8 series. i hope to get one some day actually.
life after my E60? i probably will go for a new 750i with the M Sport package, a maserati quatroporte or F10 M5...

Its funny I previously did not like the look of older BMW's but now after I have owned one I love the look of stuff like e30's and e34s.

Every time I get tired of my car, which is at least once a month I end up getting complimented on it also which makes me appreciate it more. I think looking at something over and over again everyday kinda makes you think a lil less on the actual beauty of it after a while, kind of like a wife.

I just LOVE the look & design of my E60!!
I think it's timeless and a real thing of beauty. Don't quite see how some "flundered" 3er even comes close to it...
But, Genetals is right; you can't argue taste.
Well, just make sure you post on the E90 boards from now on, as I don't want to read BS posts from a disgruntled, former E60 owner in this 5-Series forum...
