Carbon s pretty nice, but it will need some other accents on the car to mach, otherwise go with the OEM black grill, which is gloss (like the one on Paul's , dutch530i, car)
The gloss grill looks sweet! I myself have the matte version

I went to the dealer this afternoon, signing the contract and having another look at the beast. My conclusion is that I will keep the stock chrome grille and side fenders. It is pretty neat as is and wild enough already imo. The colour (azurite black or carbon black) would just not match with other blacks or carbon.

They were working on it, replaced 4 tyres already with new Michelin PS2's and new front brake rotators and pads, still working on some electrical stuff, upgrading i-drive etc. Also they ordered some interior parts that were slightly scratched to give it the premium delivery quality.

After this it will be detailed and the leather will be taken care of. The Merino leather is nice and soft but ages also quite fast, they have special care products for it.

Expected delivery somewhere at the end of next week.

can't wait

Wow...the M5 in the link you posted looks amazing! (And this is a dutch guy too...we should contact him )

I think the carbon looks great on black, but than again I hate chrome....so I say go for it

Good to hear van Poelgeest is treating you, and your new ride, ok. It's one of the few dealers that seems to understand how things work.

Gl waiting another week

Wow, thats a serious chunk of cash his put into an already stunning car. I hate the chrome bits too so I got rid of all of them. Without them the BMW's look far more aggressive. I would say do it!!!
