I always thought that the total wheel height on all four corners had to be pretty close to work on an xi. Looks like your fronts are a little shorter, so the fronts want to roll faster than the rears. (Mind you, that's a pretty uneducated guess).

If those tire sizes are not typo you may have wrong tire sizes between front and rear ... you may want to choose either 35 profile front & 30 profile rear or on 20" maybe using 30 profile front & 25 (ouch!) profile rear.
xi/x-drive/AWD model is rather sensitive on rolling diameter discrepancy.

You need alignment when changing suspension part(s) not when changing wheels/tires. Your tire size(s) are the issue if you gonna use same 30 profile you have to use the same width otherwise the sidewall height will be different and it'll change the rolling diameter and confuse (maybe even damage) the x-drive.

so you think going with 245 35 20 on the front would solve the problem cause i wouldn't want to go with 25 on the back that's going to make the ride quality even shitty

Yeah you have to go with a 35 tire up front. When i first got my car i did the same thing, i didn't know i had to have the same rolling diameter. You definitely have to change those front tires.
