Need help on a parcel shelf detail.

Does anyone know why those 3 holes are there on this parcel shelf?
This one is an alcantara m5 individual part with electric sun blind and I want to fit it on my car, but I don't know what option is this with those holes?
I already have the electric sun blind option on my car, I just want to install the alcantara shelf.
I must find their caps, but I don't know their part numbers, neither I can find them on any part catalogue.
Can anyone with those 3 caps on his shelf please inform me what option of the car they support?
Here is a reference on realoem, but without the holes and here is the one with the holes, but no comment about anything.
