That's actually a good point...does it get worse or different as your speed (wind) increases?

actually no. when i hear it, its just the same until i slow down. only heard it when i was on the freeway and decided to have a little bit of fun. on a side note this might be the issue but not so sure need your inputs. i noticed that the rear passenger door is not fully even with the quarter panel. the driver side rear door is. just noticed it tonight. will try to bring it to a dealer. any thoughts?

maybe it was a POLICE siren??? Everytime you slowed down they were catching up to you. Did you happen to see any flashing lights in your rear-view?

haha. nope, not police lights anywhere also just noticed this morning when i drove, i tried to let other ahead me get a little bit far, then i tried to catch up with just so i can test the 100mph, then, nothing, so buzzing sound, not even a little bit. so now im inclined to think that it is the strong head wind thats making my pdc beep a little bit.

There is an trim piece that goes all the way around the exterior of the windshield. At the top left corner (above driver?s head), that trim piece will ?flap? from the wind at high speeds?for me it was anything greater than about 95 mph. This flapping causes what sounds like an interior buzzing noise. On the 525i, I simply re-glued the trim piece down?problem fixed. On the 535i, I told the dealer about the problem. The dealer tells me that they were not able to ?duplicate? the problem, because they are not able to go and test drive at 100+ mph. On that same visit, I also had my sunrood seal replaced. Delare tells me that ?maybe the new seal will change the airflow and solve the buzzing problem. To be honest, I haven?t gone 100+ mph since the visit to see if it did. So, see if the that trim piece is a little loose or worn?this may be your problem. I hope this helps.

tried looking for any and all "loose" trims around my windshield, but found nothing. continued on and checked all my windows, still nothing. so now im getting frustrated a little bit. its not that it annoys me, coz i will probably hear that sound like once a month, but the fact that something is wrong and i dont know what it is, thats what bugs me.
