Need help bleeding coolant 2005 545

I am getting ready to change my thermostate and need to know how to bleed the coolant once I am done.
Search all thru these post but dont see the procedures.

Just watched my t-stat being changed start to finish... only lost a couple gallons and the tech filled it and let it settle with the cap open, then filled it again... he repeated this process until the internal stick popped up. He told me to check the level after my drive home and add a little coolant if necessary. No "bleeding" was necessary - unless you are flushing the system.

The N62 engine bleeds itself. Hence the purpose of the little hoses (between cylinder banks and under radiator cover) that have plastic fittings that break if you even think about touching them.
