My Ride: 2008 550i Carbon Black
Hi I need help
I Have 2008 550 , I went for service to change Oil after they done on the way back home I see on idrive Oil level is to high, I call BMW they say its ok you can drive like this, I was driving for 2 days but the massage was the same to high, I went back to the dealer and they sad they try to drain oil and massage still oil to high . So they sad ,they have to order and replace Oil Sensor. On the way back home massage has changed to Oil level is OK.
What should I do?
And sorry for spelling

My Ride: 2004 545i, 6-speed Manual, Silver Grey Metallic, Grey Dakota Leather, Cold Weather Pkg, Premium Sound Pkg, Sport Pkg, Lumbar Support
Isn't there a dipstick on the 550i 4.8L ??? I know I have one on my 545i 4.4L ... It's next to the firewall, driver's side, with a red pull ring. Looks more like a traditional auto tranny dipstick.
