Hello mates I intend to buy a bmw 530d e60 and use the car for taxi ? what you think about it ? And what is your impression for this car (bmw530d 2005) ? do they have a lot of expense ? Is there any defect in this model ? How much cost to care for that car ? ..and in the end, recommend any alternative models for taxi like

Possible future problems:
- a clogging DPF (diesel particulate filter) in a short city driving
- a faulty thermostat (main thermostat, EGR thermostat or the thermostat in automatic gear box) will prevent the DPF cleaning sequence to start off --> clogging DPF
- swirl flaps in the intake manifold --> will cause a major engine damage if breaking
- a cracking exhaust manifold

hey bmw 530d e60 has this advantagesiesel engine torque,Great chassis balance,Fuel economy..and has disadvantages also:Interior shortfalls,Doesn't sound great,Lumpy ride courtesy of run-flat tyres..its upto you if you want to go for it or not..
