Thumbs down

Today I have a 530i but I think the exhaust pipes looks a bit to thin . I would like them to be bigger, as on the 535d and the 550i. My dealer didn't know if they could fit an 535d exhaust pipe on a 530i (he doenst know anything ) but I think that shouldn't be any problems. Have any one fitted bigger exhausts?
Regards

I thought you may be able sleeve the existing pipes but they're too close together and also oval. The tail pipes on the 535d are round. The only thing you can do is change the complete tail pipe section. There are some example of rear pipes on this web site: -

Good luck with it

BTW I think your pipes look cool

You could always consider an after-market exhaust. You could sell it when done with your car and put the factory exhaust back on for disposal purposes. At least one of them apparently is pretty quiet. If interested, I'll try to recall which it is.
