I must agree my X5 NAV is alittle better than my 550 Nav.. But you can input the zip code instead of the city name on our E60's.. The 7ers prospective view on their Nav has street names and freeway names too.. Ours just lines 
I hope they have an update for that.. I tried to put the X5 and 7er DVD Nav disk in my car but it won't read
