I was never into wood trims.... simply not my taste for a nice car.....and now I know why.... because it is mostly "fake" plastic wood imitation with clear shiny coating that is used... but look at this 7er series natural wood with no clear coat. I love it....looks awesome and like a WOOD actually . such expensive look

I agree that the the natural wood look is so much better than the glossy plastic look.

and we have to get this glossy poplar wood if we want some kind of wood

such glossy type of wood doesnt exist thats why it looks fake.

but this on this 7 series ....dammit its good

Not like the E60 plastic would-like-to-look-like-wood-but looks-and-feels-like-plastic trims :thumbsdown:

My wife and I just got back from the car wash, and ahead of us was a brand new 7. She mentioned to me how the 7 is still her favorite Bimmer. She wants to trade in her MBZ....stay tuned

I do like that natural wood trim
