Nasty HVAC Smell front VENTS

I cant understand where this is coming from in the shop 2 times and in again next week.
Everytime they change my filter for the cabin and spray this foul smelling odor eliminator that makes everyone sick when they get in my car for weeks,
What can this be?
I smell like Mildew, or a piss combination I leave my AC off these days and open the window its that bad.
I tuend my heat on full blast and Lysol inside the vents and that helped for about a few days then the smell returned.

I believe this situation was recently discussed in a similar forum. But, in any case, I had the same exact problem. Put the AC on and leave the the fan running at all time while driving. Give it a good 2 to 3 weeks and the problem should dissappear.
