I emailed BMW Canada and gave them my VIN number and they confirmed that mine was not, based on the #, it is not one of the effected vehicles.You could do the same with BMW USA,I would think.

I got my HPFP recall notice several weeks ago for my 2008 535xi, My car is running so good I hate to take it to the dealer and chance them screwing it up.
Anyone have any feedback that had thier car done on the recall yet?
